Paris Hilton wants to set the record straight about Reggie Bush -- the heiress told us there were no sparks between the two of them in Vegas last weekend ... because they didn't talk to each other.

As we previously reported, the two partied right next to each other at Tao in Vegas -- but according to Paris, any insinuation that she hooked up with her ex-BFF's ex-BF is nothing more than "stupid rumors."
